One record, readable for any date

Minh moves from Sales to the Da Nang branch on 1 July. His record keeps both periods, so the July payroll splits his days correctly and last quarter's org chart can still be opened.

Can employees see a colleague's salary or ID number?

No. Each field is classed as public, private or sensitive. Colleagues only see the public part, such as name, title and department.

How does it handle several legal entities and branches?

Each employee belongs to a legal entity and a workplace. A transfer between entities keeps both periods on the record, so pay and insurance stay correct.
