In-house training with records, and refreshers assigned on time

HR writes courses, groups them into paths and assigns them by rule, for example to every new hire in production. Staff learn on a computer or phone, take the test and get a certificate. When a safety certificate is about to expire, the course is assigned again and the record is kept ready for inspection.

Courses assigned by rule

Every new hire in production automatically gets a path covering house rules, workplace safety and machine procedures. Anyone wondering why a course landed on them can open it and see the rule that assigned it.

Expiring certificates and compliance packs

The company turns on the occupational safety pack and fills in who belongs to which group and who signs the safety card. The pack creates two-year certificates, one year for group 4, with assignment rules and document templates. Before expiry, a refresher cycle opens.

Write a course in an hour

Mai already has a document describing the sales process. She asks the AI assistant for a draft course built from it, edits the draft, and pulls questions from the shared question bank instead of typing each one.

Managers keep an eye on their team

The shift lead opens the team view and sees who has not finished a mandatory course and who is close to the deadline. A classroom session in the meeting room is checked in and written to each person's training record.

We only need safety training. Is there much to set up?

Turn on the occupational safety pack and fill in a few settings. Certificates, assignment rules and templates are created for you, and you can still edit them.

Can staff learn on their phone?

Yes. Assigned courses and upcoming deadlines appear in the mobile app, and staff open them from there. Classroom sessions can also be checked in from the phone.

How can a partner or client check an employee's certificate?

Every certificate has a verification code. The recipient opens the verification page to see whether it is still valid.
