Staff find a free room and book it in seconds, and two people can never hold the same room. A room nobody turns up for is released on its own. Visitors are invited ahead and show a QR code at reception to get in.
Open the room timeline, pick a gap and book. One booking carries the drinks, the projector, the online meeting and the guest list. Move the time and everything moves with it.
The host sends an invitation, the visitor pre-registers and receives a QR code. At the office they scan it at the desk or a kiosk, and reception keeps no ID card. Visitor data is deleted when its retention period ends.

Meeting invitations go out as standard calendar invites you can add to Google Calendar or Outlook. Booking a room from those calendars into Ziro is not available.
