An internal feed your staff actually read

Important announcements come with a list of who has read them, and reminders go only to those who have not. Every department has its own space for news, questions and events. Birthdays, work anniversaries and thank-yous from colleagues show up on the feed.

  • Announcements with read confirmation
  • Recognition tied to company values
  • Anonymous questions to leadership

Announcements people confirm

HR posts the new workplace rules and asks for acknowledgement. Staff confirm on the web or on their phone. The report shows which departments and branches still have readers outstanding, and reminders go only to them.

  • Scheduled and bilingual posts
  • Confirm with a QR code at a meeting
  • Export reach reports

Recognition and belonging

Staff thank a colleague against one of the company values, and it appears on the recognition wall. The feed marks birthdays and work anniversaries, and anyone who prefers privacy is hidden based on their HR record.

  • Rule-based badges, no points
  • A buddy for every new joiner
  • A Today at the company brief each morning

A voice for employees

Ask leadership a question anonymously, and not even an administrator can tell who asked. Share an idea and follow it through each stage. Pulse surveys hide results for groups too small to stay anonymous.

  • Polls with anonymity fixed at creation
  • Q&A with accepted answers
  • Answer surveys on the phone

Department spaces and events

Each department's space follows the org chart, so membership updates itself. Events such as a team outing have sign-up, a seat limit, a waitlist, check-in and a photo album.

  • Add events to your own calendar
  • Report posts, hide them with a reason
  • Saved posts, drafts and scheduled posts
Are anonymous questions really anonymous?

Yes. The asker is never stored with the question, so neither administrators nor leaders can trace it.

What about staff who never open the feed?

Announcements that need confirmation sit in the My Tasks inbox on the phone app and keep reminding until confirmed. A weekly email digest is not available yet.

How is the feed ordered?

By relevance, and every post can tell you why you are seeing it. If you prefer, switch to newest first.
